For over 45 years our family has been eagerly making our bride & groom's dream wedding cakes come true. Providing them with not only the look and design they desire, but the taste their guests can't get enough of. Almost all the cakes on  this page are iced in Buttercream Icing. Our Buttercream is extremely smooth and is more preferred by clients who want the beauty of a smooth cake but the taste unlike its fondant rivals.  Designs  are not limited by what you see here, please feel free to bring in photos or drawings at your appointment to get a price.

Candlelight buttercream iced,  5 tier round wedding cake decorated with fondant ruffles (matte and pearlescent).  Gumpaste Flowers as the topper. Rhinestone cake base.  (This cake can serve receptions with 250-380 expected guests)
White buttercream iced, 5 tier octagon wedding cake decorated with a silver fondant ribbon, rhinestone trim and scroll work.  Fresh cymbidium orchids used with a porcelain couple as the topper and cascade toward the bottom of the tiers. (This cake can serve receptions with 180-275 expected guests)
Candlelight buttercream iced,  6 tier round wedding cake decorated with white variegated patterned scrolls.Silver cake base.  (This cake can serve receptions with 300-455 expected guests)
Ivory buttercream iced,  4 tier petal and square wedding cake decorated with dotted swiss and lace embossed Pearlescent scalloped ribbon . Monogram and Fresh Roses as the topper. Silver Square cake base.  (This cake can serve receptions with 160-378 expected guests)
Candlelight buttercream iced wedding cake, with wide fondant ribbons and pearlescent bow loops cascading from the top tier to the bottom. Brooches are used as an accent instead of flowers but are mixed together with the monogram topper.
