Barbie Goes to Prom Birthday Cake, Pink and Blue buttercream iced, beautifully sculpted strapless dress with white pearls and layers of ruffles. Complete with a bow on the back. Everything, except Barbie herself, on this cake is EDIBLE.

(Serves 48-135 party slices) We highly discourage the use of feathers on cakes but will make the accommodation at your request.
